Flipology 101 Boot Camp

Join Ramon Tookes, President & Founder of the University of Wealth Building for his Signature Event, Flipolog 101: The Boot Camp!  This 2.5-day weekend experience will teach you how to successfully FIND, FUND, FIX AND FLIP properties and build wealth with the power of real estate.

This weekend introductory course will cover the basic components of residential real estate investment. This course is designed to prepare consumers and real estate agents to be and/or work with investor buyers and sellers. The class will discuss concepts, practices, language, techniques, and challenges in real estate investing. Emphasis is on how real estate agents are and can be an important part of the transaction. The class includes an analysis of property renovation costs and processes. Attendees will learn to be able to describe the difference between an investor’s desire to Buy & Hold, Buy & Sell/Flip. This class will demonstrate the value in understanding the needs of the investor.
